Tweed Heads Real Estate was established over 40 years ago operating out of a very small office as a one man operation.
1992 - Gordon Beck purchased the office in its original position in Central Tweed Heads.
1997 - Simon Beck joined his father in the family business and eventually relocated to larger premises across the road in Central Tweed Heads.
With the larger office they were able to employ more sales staff and expanded its sales coverage to the Tweed and Banora Point areas over the following few years.
2001 - Simon Beck and wife Kylie purchased the office from Gordon and continued to expand the office from 4 to 11 team members.
2002 - Office relocation to an even larger site in the South Tweed Heads / Banora Point area. After the first 12 months of operation in this new office there was further expansion needed with an upper floor having to be built.
2003 - A revamp of the office logo and signage and a complete upgrade of all computer technology to the highest level. With the added comfort of our new boardroom clients can view properties without leaving the air conditioned comfort of our office.
Tweed Heads Real Estate continues to grow its market share due to a dedicated team of professionals committed to regular training, so they in return can provide clients with the best possible service within the Real Estate Industry.
Our office now services the areas of Banora Point, Tweed Heads South, Tweed Heads, Terranora, Tweed Heads West, Bilambil Heights and East Banora Point.
November 2004 - Tweed Heads Real Estate still continues to grow and evolve with the change of its longstanding logo well known by local and interstate buyers and sellers. It gives the business a fresh new look which will carry on into the future.
October 2005 - Tweed Heads Real Estate open there second office in the new Kennedy Plaza Shopping Centre, Kennedy Drive, Tweed Heads a prime location surrounded by waterfront homes.
